Return Policy

1. Original shipping will be refunded only when it is under one of the following conditions:

* Defective merchandise

* Wrong item is shipped

* If the packaging is intercepted by the customs and if duties or taxes are charged, customers are eligible to reject the package and return to us. We will re-arrange the delivery once we receive the returned package.

2. We guarantee our cigars up to 14 days from the shipping date. Customers can return any unsatisfied products in good condition within 14 days and have to bear the shipping cost.

3. An extra shipping cost of US$35 will be applied for any delivery re-arrangement.
