Refund Policy

1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to our company within 14 days from the date you receive your order for an exchange or refund.

2. Kindly express about your dissatisfaction by sending us an email so that we can inform you about the refund / exchange procedures.

3. No refund is allowed without prior authorization.

4. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in original packaging. 

5. Cubancigarleaf.com guarantees delivery to your designated location.

6. Special items / discounted items are non-refundable

7. Once your returned items are well received by us, we will send you an email to notify you about the refund arrangement if the refund is approved after inspection.

8. Cubancigarleaf.com will not be responsible for undelivered goods and delivery guarantee will not be applicable if the tracking indicates that the package is delivered.

9. If you cannot receive the order a month after to shipped-out date, Cubancigarleaf.com will re-arrange a new delivery / replacement / refund.
